Cardamom

Inspired by family recipes from United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Qatar

In the heart of the Arabian Peninsula, the tradition of adding cardamom to coffee was born. Centuries ago, in bustling souks and serene desert tents, traders and nomads sought ways to enhance their beloved coffee's flavor. Cardamom, a prized spice, was added for its warm, aromatic essence. This blend quickly spread across today's Saudi Arabia, Oman, and the rest of the Gulf, becoming a symbol of hospitality and friendship. Today, coffee with cardamom remains a cherished ritual, celebrating a rich cultural heritage and the timeless art of Arabian coffee.
