MEDINA COFFEE 100% SPECIALTY ARABICA WITH CINNAMON AND CHILI

Ingredients:
  • 1 liter of cold water
  • 30-33 grams (5.5-6 tablespoons) of Medina Coffee 100% Specialty Arabica with Cinnamon and Chili
  • A pinch of saffron (optional)
  • Few drops of rose water (optional)
Equipment:
  • Pot or Arab Dalla (traditional Arabic coffee pot)
  • Filter
  • Thermos or serving container
  • Cinnamon stick (optional, for stirring)
Instructions:
  1. Measure out 5.5-6 tablespoons (approximately 30-33 grams) of Medina Coffee 100% Specialty Arabica with Cinnamon and Chili for every 1 liter of cold water.
  2. Before the water comes to a boil, add a pinch of saffron to infuse its flavor.
